Confused about Sector 52's older flat resale potential.

Is Sector 52's resale market for older flats just a myth, ya phir naye projects ka hype zyada hai? As a RE pro, I'm skeptical. Older properties offer better value. But is selling them easily possible? Change my mind.

Sahi baat hai yaar, Sector 52 mein older flats ka resale value ek bada question mark hai. Naye projects ka hype itna hai ki lagta hai purane wale toh bikenge hi nahi. But value for money unhi mein zyada hoti hai, agreed. Meri budget bhi tight hai, so I'm also looking at older options. But will I be stuck with it later? Yahi darr hai.
