Okay I'll be honest — even after working in this industry, buying property for myself feels like a whole different ball game. I'm looking at Shri Shyam Realty Homes, the completed project in New Delhi. Price is around ₹92L to ₹1.2 Cr for a 2/3 BHK, which seems... high? I mean, for a completed project, sure, but is the builder's track record actually that solid to command this premium? I know what builders don't tell you, especially about the super area vs carpet area games. I'm wondering if the actual usable space justifies the per sqft rate here. Feels like everyone glorifies 'ready-to-move' but nobody talks about the actual value post-completion. Is this just marketing hype, ya phir real mein itna worth hai? Change my mind if I'm wrong.

Bhai, main toh ek aur cheez pe atak gaya. You said it's a completed project, right? But the possession date given is 2025-01-01. How is that possible for a 'completed' project? Is this some kind of technical completion but not livable yet? Bahut shady lag raha hai yaar.
Totally get what you mean! This 'completed but premium price' thing is so confusing. Mera budget bhi hil jaata hai soch ke.
