People focus on initial build quality, but what about snags after possession? Like minor cracks, seepage, or fitting issues after a year. Haan, problems toh aati hain. But Avj Heightss toh 2015 ka possession hai na? Usko toh almost 9 saal ho gaye. I think for older projects, you need to check the society maintenance records. Agar society well-managed hai, toh maybe
