I'll be honest, I'm genuinely frustrated with carpet area claims. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone feels way smaller inside than its advertised numbers suggest, compared to other Rajkot projects. Is this common? What's its real rental potential? I'm trying to calculate ROI, but not sure about tenant demand for these layouts. Any thoughts?
