Honestly, I'm finding this home search for a 3BHK for my family way more stressful than I thought it'd be. We're eyeing Indirapuram or Vasundhara, budget around ₹1.1 Cr. My main tension is under-construction versus ready-to-move. Kids ke school admissions ka tension hai, so possession date important hai. RERA ke baad bhi delays ka darr lagta hai, especially with stories from Mahagun or ATS projects. Are RTMs worth the premium in Ghaziabad? Ya phir thoda risk leke UC mein jaana chahiye? Koi tips on checking builder track record?

Bhai, exactly my situation! Indirapuram mein 3BHK ₹1.1 Cr mein thoda tight budget lag raha hai, especially RTM for a good society. UC mein toh delays ka darr hai hi, Mahagun projects ka toh sunte hi rehte hain. Kids ke school ka tension valid hai, main bhi isi wajah se RTM dekh raha hoon, but premium bahut high hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. RTM ka premium toh hai. But kya karein, peace of mind ka koi price
