Okay I'll be honest — this upgrade search is way more stressful than I thought. Currently in a 2BHK in Bellandur, but family badh rahi hai, so thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a villa. Been looking at Sattva La Vita, the price at ₹5.67 Cr is a big jump, not sure if it's worth it. Already have a home loan, toh EMI ka tension hai. Visited the site, looks good on paper, but I wanna know the real deal. Jo log already waha shift ho chuke hai, unka possession experience kaisa raha? Did you find any hidden issues or delays? Also, community vibe kaisi hai? Is it friendly ya sab apne mein rehte hai? Want a place jaha kids bhi easily mix ho sake. Is Sattva La Vita genuinely good for daily living, or just fancy brochures?
