Is Ashley Estate Floors 10 ka investment potential Suncity Vatsal Valley se better hai for next 5 years? Both ready hain, so possession risk nahi. But rental income kisme zyada milega Gurugram mein? Also, open spaces aur society vibe kiska better hai for families? Confused hoon between these two.

Honestly, for long-term growth, I'd be wary of both. Gurugram market is too volatile right now, especially for such high-ticket floors. Rental income bhi guarantee

Bhai, exactly same confusion! Ashley Estate ka price bahut high lag raha hai, 4.6 Cr for floors is a lot, even in Gurugram. Suncity Vatsal Valley ka thoda affordable hai but location wise I feel Ashley Estate is better connected to the main city. Kya karein?
