Confused between Gaurs and ATS for Ghaziabad investment

Since last year, I've been trying to finalize a property for investment in Ghaziabad. I'm based in Dubai, so a site visit isn't easy, and I really need something reliable for rental income. Was looking at Gaurs projects in Raj Nagar Extension and ATS in Indirapuram. Both seem okay online, but I can't check the ground reality myself. Main concern hai construction quality, yaar. Plaster cracks, seepage, finishing issues after possession... yeh sab kitna common hai? Aur on-time delivery ka track record kaisa hai inka? Especially for someone who can't be there to chase things. Has anyone bought from them recently, especially in these areas? What's your experience? Should I consider any other builder for better peace of mind, given I'll need a property manager later?
