Confused between Sector 137 and 150 for my first home
₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 137, Godrej Nurture, is what I'm seeing these days. Honestly, fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya. I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy in Noida. My budget is around ₹80-90L max for a 2BHK. Thinking about Sector 150 due to Jewar Airport ka hype and future growth, ya phir Sector 137 for better current connectivity via Aqua Line. Not sure if the Jewar Airport effect will actually make a huge difference in Sector 150's appreciation in the next 5-7 years, ya phir bahut slow hoga. FNG Expressway ka impact bhi dekhna hai. Which sector would you guys pick for a first-time buyer looking for decent appreciation and maybe good rental yields in 5-7 years? Is Sector 150 worth the premium or 137 is a safer bet for now?
