Confused between two builders, which one to pick?

Currently in a 2BHK, Sector 75. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. I'm looking at Pride India Regal Residency. Heard mixed reviews about construction quality, matlab plaster cracks and seepage issues hain kya? Also considering Amrapali Eden Park. But worried about their on-time delivery track record. Anyone had experience with either builder? Which one should I go for? What does the community think?
