Confused between under-construction and ready-to-move in Noida!

Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely lost. Need a 3BHK in Noida, preferably near a good school. My wife's priority is safety. I'm looking at JKG Constructions in Sector 108 — under construction looks cheaper, but I'm scared of delays. Ready-to-move costs more upfront. Is it worth paying extra for peace of mind? Under-construction is tempting for the lower EMI now. What does the community think? Which would you pick and why?
