Conscient Elevate: brochure vs. reality check
Conscient Elevate – yaar, I'm genuinely frustrated with this project. I work in real estate, toh pata hai builders kya hide karte hain, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Brochure mein jo dikhaya tha, aur actual site pe jo hai, it's a huge difference. Especially the amenities, bilkul woh marketing spin lag raha hai. Carpet area ka bhi scene hai, super area ke chakkar mein they're playing games. Aur maintenance charges ka bhi clear picture nahi mil raha. It feels like they're just pushing for bookings with fancy renders. Off the record, has anyone else faced this with Conscient Elevate? Kya actual residents ko bhi yeh hidden costs aur misleading info ka issue aaya hai? What did you guys do?

Totally agree with the OP! Builders ka yahi scene hai, especially with these 'luxury' projects. Conscient ka naam toh suna tha, but yeh sunke toh darr lag raha hai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ka toh band baj jaata hai, it's so confusing.
