Totally relate! I'm also looking to upgrade from a 2BHK, but the prices near Airport Road are just insane. I saw a similar project near Baharampur Naya, and also checked out some options in Badshahpur, but the amenities felt very basic for the price. Yes, 2030 is a long way. I'm seeing this trend with many ongoing projects in Gurugram, especially in the new sectors. Builders are launching, but construction pace is slow. Current market mein, buyers are getting cautious due to delays. Make sure you read the fine print in the agreement, penalty clauses for delays, etc. Don't just go by brochure.
U4, possession date 2030-02-01 hai as per RERA. Bahut lamba wait hai. Market conditions bhi uncertain hain, kya pata tab tak kya ho jaye.

Bhai, Conscient ka track record mixed hai. Mere ek dost ne unke pichle project mein invest kiya tha, possession mein kaafi delay hua. Check their RERA number GGM/818/550/2024/45, it clearly states the expected possession as 2030-02-01. Tab tak rent aur EMI dono ka bojh padega.
Agreed, budget toh hil jaata hai sunke. Amenities mein swimming pool, gym toh sab dete hain, but what about actual daily convenience? Like grocery stores nearby ya school access? Family ke liye ye zyada important hai.
