My lease ends in 4 months, I'm eyeing a 2BHK in Amrapali Leisure Valley. Done with renting, I want to build equity. What's the actual resale market like there? Any insights on realistic premiums/discounts if I need to sell later? Is it genuinely safe at night for families?
