Considering luxury in Noida, ATS Knightsbridge vs Prateek Stylome?
Noida peeps, need some advice. I'm looking at two very different properties. ATS Knightsbridge is super expensive (10Cr+!), ongoing construction, but damn those amenities look good on the brochure. Prateek Stylome is ready to move, but it's almost half the price. Honestly not sure if the Knightsbridge price tag is justified. My parents keep saying ready-to-move is safer. Stylome offers that, plus I can actually see the carpet area before paying. But Knightsbridge, that location near the expressway feels premium. Which has better resale potential, 5 years down the line? Anyone seen both? What would you pick for a family moving in? Vote!

Bhai, 10Cr for an under-construction property in Noida is just insane, unless you're a billionaire! Prateek Stylome sounds more practical, especially for a first-time buyer. Ready-to-move ka sukoon hi alag hota hai, no RERA delays tension. Parents ki baat suno, it's usually for your good.
Totally agree! Builder delays are my biggest fear. Stylome being ready-to-move is a huge plus point for peace of mind. That double EMI
