Considering Sector 24C for a 3BHK: What's the long-term outlook?

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 24C. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 49, but thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. The prices seem high, but I'm wondering about the actual infrastructure development. Are there any big upcoming projects that could change things for the better or worse? Also, for people who've bought here, how's the resale market? Is it easy to sell if needed down the line? And honestly, is the waterlogging during monsoons still a major issue or has it improved?
