Considering Sector 25 Noida – rent or buy right now?

Been tracking Sector 25, Noida for a while. Property prices seem high, but rental yields aren't amazing either. Sector 25 mein location toh prime hai, connectivity bhi achhi hai. I'm torn between buying an apartment for around 1.5Cr or renting a similar place for maybe 35k/month. From my experience, prices in Noida generally keep going up long term. But, is Sector 25 already overpriced? Are there any hidden costs I should be aware of? Also, what's the water situation actually like? Heard mixed reviews. What would you guys do in my position? Rent or buy? Give reasons, please!
