Considering Smartworld The Edition as an empty nester

Been thinking about moving for over a year now, kids have finally settled abroad. Don't need such a big place anymore, looking for something manageable. Resale of existing property is almost done, so I'm seriously considering Smartworld The Edition. Price is a bit high, but if it's worth it... Yeh project genuinely daily rehne ke liye kaisa hai, ya sirf paper pe accha lagta hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, is it friendly ya thoda isolated feel hota hai? Proximity to hospitals important hai mere liye. Kya nearby ache hospitals hain? Aur maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Sunna hai kaafi high hote hain Gurugram mein. Should I consider this for a peaceful, low-maintenance life? Koi experience share kar sakta hai, especially if you're an empty nester like me?
