₹70 lakh for a 2BHK in Achchheja feels steep for investment. I'm in Dubai, site visits impossible. Ratandeep Infrastructure ka CLP plan bohot confusing. Investors ke liye smarter hai ya builder ka cash flow? Super area-carpet area ka jhol kitna common hai Ghaziabad mein? Usable space ki tension hai. Koi experience share karo please.

Haan yaar, Achchheja mein 70 lakh for 2BHK feels steep, especially for investment. CLP plans are always tricky; builders mostly use them for their cash flow. I'm also looking in Ghaziabad and seeing similar issues with transparency.
