Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme for a 3BHK in Kokapet. Builders make construction-linked payment plans sound flexible, but the total cost of acquisition gets inflated. With all the PLC, parking, and other charges, it's not always cheaper. Should I push for a down payment plan instead for better negotiation? Kya strategy sahi rahegi?

Totally agree! Builders make it sound so good on paper, but jab final calculation aati hai na, tab dimaag ghoom jaata hai. I was looking at a project in Attapur, and the CLP seemed fine initially, but then they kept adding charges. It's so confusing for first-time buyers like us.
Sahi kaha bhai, Attapur mein rates waise bhi upar ja rahe hain. CLP mein toh aur loot lete hain.
