Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. My wife's priority is a good 3BHK near Gachibowli or Narsingi for the kids' school admission. We're seeing so many construction-linked payment plans from builders like Prestige and Aparna. Honestly, I'm finding out these plans often front-load payments, which can be a real trap if construction gets delayed. It drains your liquidity fast. Is it just me, or have others also felt this pressure? Any tips to negotiate a better payment schedule, ya fir some hidden clauses to watch out for?
