Construction-linked payment plans are a total builder's trick, change my mind.

I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Baner to a 3BHK in Mundhwa, checking out Aware Construction. Yeh payment plan builder ko hi benefit karta hai, right? We just end up paying for their construction delays, often with inflated super area costs. Is there any real benefit for us, ya just a way to lock in buyers? Feels like the price jump for a 3BHK isn't justified with these payment structures. Disagree? Tell me why.
