₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Raj Nagar Extension seems high, even for a project like T And T. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Builders push construction-linked plans, but isn't a down payment + bank loan smarter for an investor? Kya all-in cost mein PLC, OC, aur maintenance ka bhi dhyan rakhna chahiye? Off the record, pre-launch deals mein asli discount milta hai ya bas hype hai?
