Hoskote mein Laksh Properties ka ek project dekh raha tha. Payment plan itna confusing hai, construction-linked bolte hain but hidden charges nikal rahe hain. Mai khud RE mein hoon but buying for myself is different yaar. They said 2.5 years for possession, ab lag raha 4 saal lagenge. Is this common with under-construction projects in Bengaluru, especially around Whitefield? Log kaise manage karte hain yeh sab?

Construction-linked plan mein hamesha ye hidden charges ka drama hota hai, they show you one thing on paper and then surprise you. Whitefield ke paas toh aur bhi builders hain jo aisa karte hain. Kya tumne RERA check kiya tha project ka?
