₹2.5 lakh extra paid as PLC for my new flat – things nobody told me. Just got possession in Dwarka from Omaxe. Builder payment plan mein bahut tricks thi. Construction-linked plan mein delays hote hain, EMI toh chalti rehti hai. Property ka value doesn't always keep up. Anyone else faced this with DLF ya Godrej? Kya tips hain for future buyers?
