Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Cyber City, planning a 3BHK upgrade, maybe Golf Course Extension. Okay, I'll say it: construction-linked payment plans are a scam. Builders just use our money. A full down payment with a good discount is always smarter for investors, right? Why pay more for their delays? Change my mind.

Hmm, I don't know. Full down payment sounds good but not everyone has that kind of cash ready, especially for a 3BHK upgrade. Plus, what if the project gets stuck? At least with CLP, your money isn't all in at once
Totally agree with you, bhai! CLPs are just a way for builders to shift risk onto us. My friend got stuck with one in Badshahpur, project got delayed by 3 years. Builder ne toh bas interest khaya uska.
