Construction-linked plans are a false economy, prove me wrong

Just moved into my Prestige flat near Residency Road last month. Possession ke time bahut extra costs aaye, yaar. I went with a CLP, thinking it's smarter, but now I'm wondering if a full down payment would've given more negotiation power. Builder ne bola tha spot discount, but it was minimal. Is floor-rise premium worth it for future ROI? Did I make the right choice?
