Exactly! Yeh construction-linked payment plans toh trap lagte hain. Builder bolta hai 'easy installments' but asliyat mein aap interest pay kar rahe ho us part pe jo abhi bana bhi nahi hai. Mera dost Airport Road side ek project mein phasa hai, same issue. Super area itna inflate kar dete hain ki actual usable space ka toh hisaab hi nahi rehta. ROI toh dur ki baat, principal hi recover karna mushkil ho jata hai.
