Construction-linked plans are a financial trap in Bengaluru

Annaiah Reddy Layout — I'm really struggling with this construction-linked payment plan for a Sobha 3BHK. They keep demanding payments way before construction milestones are actually met. Already in a 2BHK with an EMI, this is draining me. Is it just me or do others face this? What did you do?

Are you sure it's not specific to your project? Most builders follow RERA timelines for CLPs. Did you check their RERA documents properly before signing? Sometimes the payment schedule is linked to internal milestones, not just the big ones.

Bhai, RERA documents mein toh sab theek lagta hai. But on ground, they just send demand letters saying 'foundation complete'
