Since last Diwali, I'm checking flats in Sohna. Kids moved out, so don't need this big place. Selling our house, looking for a manageable 2BHK in Sector 65. Ambey Rani Developers ka ek project dekha tha. Payment plans mein confused hoon – construction-linked better hai ya upfront down payment? Brokers vs direct builder, who gives a better deal? Kya kisi ko Sohna mein experience hai?

Bhai, construction-linked plans are a trap in today's market, especially with smaller developers like Ambey Rani. They keep delaying possession, aur aapko EMI bhi bharni padti hai aur rent bhi dena padta hai, it's a double whammy. Upfront payment mein at least you get a discount, but that's only if the builder is super reliable aur unka track record clean ho. Sohna mein bahut projects stuck hain, my cousin booked in a project near Badshahpur and it's been 5 years, no sign of completion. Be very, very careful with Ambey Rani, un
