Honestly, I'm feeling really frustrated with Noida's payment plans. I'm based in Dubai, can't visit SK Pride project in Eta I often. Builders show one price, but then PLC, floor-rise, and maintenance charges add so much. Is construction-linked really smarter, ya phir down payment better hai? Worried about my capital getting stuck.

Totally feel you on this! Yeh builder log ka strategy hi hai. Same problem in Ghaziabad too. Confused between CLP and DPP myself.
