Totally agree. Construction-linked payment plans (CLP) are a trap for first-time buyers like us. Builder just wants your money upfront to fund their project, not because they're doing you a favour. I saw a project in Ahinsa Khand where the builder delayed possession by 3 years, and people kept paying EMIs without even seeing much progress on site. My friend got stuck badly there. Is Vaibhav Khand different?
Sahi kaha apne, Ahinsa Khand mein kai projects mein yahi haal hai. Builders
