Construction-linked plans are just builder's cash grab

My loan is approved, but ab builder ka payment schedule dekh ke darr lag raha hai. Agrante Realty Ltd ne Sector 62 mein jo construction-linked plan diya hai, woh toh meri savings kha jayega. Matlab, every few months ek huge chunk. Is this normal? How do people manage this without getting completely drained?
