Totally agree with the title! Construction-linked plans sound good on paper, but bhai, for first-time buyers like us, it's so much risk. What if the project gets delayed indefinitely? My budget is already stretched thin just thinking about the EMI.
Sahi kaha aapne. My friend booked in a project near Mullanpur Garibdass with a CLP, and it's been 2 years past possession date. Builder bas dates pe date de raha hai. For Sector 24C, what's the
