Just moved into my 3BHK in Krishna Aprameya Group, Knowledge Park 3 last month. Possession was in March. One thing I wish someone told me earlier about payment plans. I went with construction-linked, thinking it's safer. But yaar, that floor-rise premium (FRP) on higher floors hit hard, especially with the last few installments. Builders often don't highlight the total cost impact. Is a down payment plan actually better for negotiating FRP, ya phir secondary market deals? Hope this helps someone.

OMG, U1 here and this is EXACTLY what I'm scared of! Builders show one price, then these hidden charges like FRP, IDC, PLC add up. My friend bought in Alpha I Greater Noida and faced similar issues with maintenance charges post-possession. Ab kya karein?
U1, sahi kaha! RERA website pe check karo ki builder ne saare charges declare kiye hain ya nahi. Builders often make it sound like a small amount but it adds up.
