Bhai, Shree Ram Builders? Be very careful. Sasane Nagar mein unka ek project already delayed hai. Construction-linked plan sounds good but often they hike prices later or quality suffers. My friend faced this in Akurdi and it was a nightmare.
Totally agree. My brother-in-law had a similar issue in Ambegaon Budruk with a different builder. CLPs are risky if the builder's track record isn't spotless. They can hold your money hostage.
