Visited Prestige projects near Doddakallasandra last weekend. Builders are really pushing construction-linked plans. Honestly, I'm confused. Mera budget tight hai, toh down payment vs construction-linked mein kaunsa option smarter hai? What if there are delays, EMI toh chalu rahegi na? Anyone has experience with this in Bangalore?
