Prestige Sadashivanagar mein ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK? Bhai, that area is super premium. Are you sure about the price per sqft, seems a bit high even for Prestige? CLS sounds okay but check the hidden clauses for sure, they always have some tricks.
