Moved into Lodha Codename Sarjapur recently. Already seeing minor cracks and some fitting issues. Does this hit resale value big time? Also, are amenities like the clubhouse actually worth the premium for investor ROI long-term?

Bhai, ye Lodha ke projects mein quality issues toh common hain. Especially after possession, builders cut corners. Resale value ka toh pata nahi, but minor cracks are a red flag for any first-time buyer like me. I'm looking near Aavalahalli and even there, builders are promising a lot but delivering less.
Totally agree yaar! Yahi darr lagta hai. It's a huge investment, can't afford these problems.
