Not proud of it, but I didn't check construction quality enough on my last visit. I'm looking at Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2 for investment. Brochure mein sab gold lagta hai. But post-possession, will small cracks ya seepage issues affect tenant attraction or resale value? Yaar, yeh fancy clubhouse facilities, are they actually used or just add to premium without real ROI? Investors, does construction quality really impact your long-term returns and maintenance headaches?
