Construction quality is my main worry for investment. DDA Meera Apartment mein, kya actual build quality resale value affect karti hai? Amenities ka bhi kitna impact hota hai ROI par, ya bas show-off hai?

Bhai, DDA Meera Apartment ka possession toh 2012 ka hai. It's already an old building. My concern is, for a project delivered so long ago, is the ₹64 L – ₹4.8 Cr price range justified? Kya itni old property mein bhi quality issue ka dar rehta hai? And do amenities even matter for such an old project's resale value, ya sab wear and tear ho chuka hoga?

DDA Meera mein maine suna hai ki common areas ki maintenance average hai. Anand Niketan side bhi kuch purane DDA flats mein same complaints hain. Builder quality toh theek hai, but society maintenance makes a huge difference.
