I'm looking at Daniya Azad Residency for investment and honestly, the fit and finish during site visits seem okay, but what's the reality after a year or two? Are cracks, seepage, or fitting issues common there? From an investor POV, I'm worried about future maintenance costs eating into ROI and impacting resale value. Also, are the maintenance charges actually translating into good service, or is it just a black hole for funds?
