Construction quality is equally bad across all Noida builders

I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Honestly not sure which builder to trust. I've heard horror stories about construction quality. Like plaster cracks and seepage after just a few years. Has anyone faced this with ATS? I'm looking at their project in Sector 150. Also, what about hidden charges at possession? Like PLC and EDC – do they surprise you at the last minute? I can't do a site inspection myself easily, so I'm relying on you guys. Am I crazy to think the quality problems are widespread? Need a property manager too, any recommendations? Basically, is it worth the risk?
