Construction quality directly impacts long-term rental yield, and people often miss that. Saini Bhawan mein property dekhi thi, but quality ko lekar doubts hain. After 2-3 years, kya cracks ya seepage issues aate hain? Resale value pe kya impact hota hai? Aur high maintenance charges investor ke liye worth it hain kya, agar amenities sirf showpiece hain?

Saini Bhawan ka naam toh suna hai, but quality ko lekar hamesha doubts rahe hain. Unka RERA status kya hai? Aur possession date ka kuch idea hai kisi ko? ₹50 L – ₹8.0 Cr ki range mein, quality compromise karna toh banta hi nahi hai.

Totally agree with the original post! Construction quality is often ignored, and later people cry. Mere friend ne ek property li thi 3 saal pehle, ab seepage ki problem shuru ho gayi hai. Builder ne toh haath khade kar diye.
Haan, mere dost ne bhi New Chandigarh mein liya tha, construction quality average thi. Ab resale ke time koi bhav hi nahi de raha. Builders bas marketing pe paisa lagate hain.
Sahi keh rahe ho! Budget-conscious buyers like us ko toh aur careful rehna padta hai. Small issues become huge later.
