For over a year now, I've been checking out investment options in Greater Noida, like GDA Super MIG Flats. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits karna mushkil hai. Everyone talks about appreciation, but I think construction quality ka reality check koi nahi karta. Sunne mein aa raha hai ki cracks, seepage, fittings ke issues common hain after just a year. How does this affect resale value aur tenant attraction? I feel yeh hidden maintenance costs meri ROI ko kha jayenge. Builders ki promises aur actual delivery mein bohot farak hai. Disagree? Totally agree with the original post! Bhai, construction quality is a real nightmare. My friend bought in Sector 150 and after a year, kitchen sink se paani tapak raha hai. ROI toh door ki baat, pehle repairs mein paise lagao. Builders sirf sales tak meethi baatein karte hain.
