Contour Sukhbiri Estate: My real possession shocker

Did anyone else get shocked by the snag list quality and registry hoops in Noida Extension? Just got possession at Contour Sukhbiri Estate back in March, and man, the initial excitement wore off fast. The snag list was insane. Minor things, sure, but also a leaking pipe and uneven flooring. Builder promised fixes, but two months in, some are still pending. What's the point of a defect liability period if they drag their feet? The registry process was another headache. Took three visits and some 'unofficial' charges. Not sure if that's standard. First 30 days felt like a constant battle with the builder or finding handymen. Has anyone else faced this? Am I the only one who thinks quality checks are just for show?
