Contour Sukhbiri Estate: possession experience confusion
Visited Contour Sukhbiri Estate last week, thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK there. Price jump feels a lot, so I'm keen on possession experiences. Kitna actual delay hua vs promised? Were there hidden charges like maintenance deposit ya PLC at possession? Builder communication during delays kaisi thi? Please share your thoughts.

Totally get what you're saying, OP! Contour Sukhbiri Estate looks tempting but that price range, ₹40L to ₹1.2Cr, for a 3BHK is making my head spin. I also heard RERA not applicable hai for this project? That makes me super nervous about possession delays and hidden charges. Builder communication is usually the first thing to go bad when delays start. Any current owners here who can shed light on this?
