Cooke Town: Is the charm worth the price tag?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Cooke Town feels steep. Everyone talks about its charm, but nobody mentions the insane price tag versus actual appreciation. From my experience tracking ROI, current rates seem unsustainable. Traffic is also a real headache there. Is this just an emotional buy, not a smart investment? Change my mind.

Totally agree! I was looking at a 2BHK there last month, and the price just didn't make sense for the size or the future prospects. It feels like you're paying for the 'legacy' and not much else. My agent tried to convince me, but mera budget hil gaya.

Exactly! My agent also pushed it, saying 'old Bangalore charm'. But charm se EMI nahi bharni na.
