Came across this video about County 107 Noida, thought I'd post it here. Video mein bata rahe hain ki Noida Expressway ke paas hai, Delhi connectivity achhi hai. Schools, hospitals, malls bhi paas mein hain. 4.9 acres mein high-rise towers aur premium facilities bhi highlight kiye hain. But real mein connectivity kitni smooth hai? Aur amenities ka ground reality kya hai? Anyone living nearby ya check kiya hai, experience kaisa hai?

For that kind of money, I'd expect even more unique features, not just standard premium ones. It feels a bit overpriced for the current market conditions, even for a completed project.

But jaise U5 ne bola, finishings aur post-possession services pe review check kar lena chahiye. Especially for a project like County 107, which is targeting the ultra-luxury segment.
County Group ka construction quality generally theek hai, but inke previous projects mein finishings ko lekar thode complaints aaye the. For 9.6 Cr, finishings should be impeccable. Aur agar 230 units hain, toh society management aur common area maintenance pe bhi dhyaan dena hoga. Any residents here who can confirm the current state?

Dekho, County 107 already completed project hai, possession bhi mil chuka hai December 2023 se. Ready-to-move properties ka price hamesha high hota hai. Aur premium facilities ka bhi cost hota hai. RERA number UPRERAPRJ837374 hai, sab clear hai. Connectivity is good because it's right off the Expressway, traffic is manageable if you plan well.
