County: Build quality after a year?

County — I'm finally serious about buying something here. Fed up of renting, yaar. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya... ab bas. EMI vs rent ka math kar raha hu, lagta hai this is it. Pehle toh bohot projects dekhe, especially Sector 150 mein, but budget thoda tight ho gaya. County ki connectivity better lagi. Site visit pe sab chamakta hua lagta hai, but real-life mein kya hota hai, that's my main worry. Especially about build quality post-possession. Jo log County mein reh rahe hain, after a year or so, cracks, seepage, fitting issues — kuch aaya kya? Aur elevators ka kya haal hai? Kabhi stuck hue ho ya maintenance response time kaisa hai? Want to know the ground reality, not just the brochure info.
